The Men's Breakfast and Bible Study

 

When:

 Every Tuesday morning at 6:00 AM,  yes, that's in the morning. The class ends about 7 AM.
Where: 
Outside the kitchen of the Sanford Activities Center, at 301 South Preston (enter through the North East door)
What:
We engage in a light breakfast, provided by a member of the group,  followed by a Bible Study.
Current Study: 

We are currently doing a study entitled The Character of Christ-Book 5.The discussion is informal, insightful and always open to various opinions.

 

Why Not Join Us?  

1.    I don't own a Bible.

We have plenty and would be delighted to loan you one.  Any version you have is fine and adds variety. 

2.    I don't wake up that         early.

Some of the current members aren't really awake when they arrive either.

3.    How much does it        cost?

Its free, even breakfast (just remember, we don't really come for the food)

4.    I'm not a Methodist.

No problem, several current members of the group are not members of this congregation and we hope that you will feel welcome. 

5.    I'm not sure that I'm a      Christian. 

Well now, we especially would like to have you join us.  NO PRESSURE, just fellowship, reading and discussing.

6.  What's it like?

It's a small group at this time, usually between 6 and 10 people.  It's fun, it's informal, it's informative, and it'll give you something to think about as you go through your day!
